Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Baalvion, its users, and the wider internet. It applies to everyone who accesses baalvion.com or any service operated beneath it, and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

2. You must not

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation, sanction, or export-control regime.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service — including denial-of-service attempts, flooding, or overloading infrastructure.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing, or harvest addresses or data from the platform.
• Upload or transmit malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, tenant isolation, or other security or access controls.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to distribute illegal content.

3. Email and anti-abuse

Baalvion sends transactional email only. Using any Baalvion system to relay spam, to send mail to non-consenting recipients, or to damage our sender reputation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may act immediately where there is risk to the platform or to others.

5. Reporting

Report abuse, security issues, or suspected violations to abuse@baalvion.com or security@baalvion.com.
